The Jones&Us programmes are tailored and based on the individual client's needs and goals, with options being:
Gym sessions with a Jones&Us coach
Multi-sports: boxing, handball, racket sports, basketball, football, & more
Tailored Fitness Circuits
Assisted Hikes, sport/fitness in nature, and Walk & Talk
We offer individual sessions as well as group and community sessions.
With every program, you have the possibility to:
Improve health and fitness
Re-gain levels of mobility - work on areas that affect personal mobility
Create and maintain a healthy lifestyle - at the client’s own time and pace
Learn many new skills through sport and physical activity, and improve existing ones
Improve your mental health through walk-and-talk, outdoor sessions, and optional day trips
Optionally meet peers following a similar program through group activities, creating a support network
Receive progress checks and evaluations
1 to 1 sessions last 1 hour. Group sessions can be longer or include day trips.
